Co-ordination and Flowing Movement

It is not easy to combine all of the above components, but as we practice it will become more automatic.  By repeating these positions and progressing through exercises we will start to change the way we move and correct our bad habits in day-to-day life. 

All the movements in Pilates should be controlled and flowing.  They should be performed slowly, with precision and from a strong centre, making it harder to cheat
