Both ballet dancers and footballers do daily pilates – if it’s easy, it’s not Pilates!

In daily life increasing numbers of teenagers are slumped over computers and devices.  The long term effects are physically very damaging – increased poor posture, lack of core, shoulder muscles and tightened hamstrings effect strength, balance, co-ordination and so physical ability is damaged. Fun engaging classes which include a challenging workout, while helping to realign posture and improve weak muscles, balance and co-ordination.
